I chose Sunce hotel for its proximity to Diocletian's Palace. The friendly staff helped arrange transportation easily.

Beach accessibility and closeness to Split. Our room was really nice too.

The owner of the hotel was very cold and her daughter even worse. Her daughter would sit at the beach sidewalk restaurant/bar and observe all the hotel patrons while smoking away. They were keeping an eye on everything and had or wanted to have zero communication with the guests. Waiters were also sitting down and we would have to call them in order to get service.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Sunce in Podstrana. Fantastic room and pool, friendly and helpful staff, great location near Split old centre, and delicious food and wine at the hotel restaurant.

We had spent a nice vacation in Hotel Sunce. The Hotel is located close to Split city with easy access to main sightseeing places as well as to the harbor and airport. It helps to arrange trips to many destinations including visits to islands. The personnel of the hotel are great and extremely helpful!!!! We really had a feeling of being home!!!! Our kids loved the beach and swimming pool. The restaurant has good menu and the food is nice.

Great location right on the beach, with an amazing view of the sunset. The breakfasts were fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and always went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The hotel offered easy access to public transportation, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.

The room was a bit small for our liking, and the bed wasn't the most comfortable we've slept on. , there was no elevator or lift which made it difficult for us to carry our luggage up and down the stairs.

The amazing quality of the hotel's restaurant, the generous and varied breakfast, the private and well equipped beach in front of the hotel, the politeness of the staff (capable of speaking at least English, Spanish and Italian. Perhaps other languages as well!)

The window curtains are unable to stop the morning light, some rooms (like ours) have really a strange and awkward shape

Our stay in this hotel was amazing. We enjoyed the stunning views of the sea and the fact that it was right on the beach. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast with a wide selection of options. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The manageress and the waitress who served in the evening were excellent. The two other staff let the hotel down - their atitude to guests was either sullen or patronising.

The hotel location is the best,only 5meter(!) from the beach,ideal with child's! There was the sun beds and sun beams free for the guest! The comfort of the rooms are very high level. The breakfast is correct and a lots! The hotel only 4 years old and it is in a very good condition. The internet is free! - no wi-fi

The price of the hotels restaurant are too high, and the level of the kitchen: ...so, not on the top! In the first day we had to wait for the dinner more than 1h15min with the kids and in the restaurant there was only 3-4 people! The ice cream is a very bad quality for the same price like the italian gelato! The staff wasn't so friendly any time.(we-5person- get only one key for the rooms, and when the entrance door of the hotel was closed we need to call somebody. in this fact the staffs does'nt accepted this situation.(but normally, for 2 person it is ok!) The swimming-pool is very small and too much chloride d. - but it's would be ideal for the kids...
